What is covered under the Dowco product warranty?
Dowco Inc. warrants all its products against manufacturing and material defects. For more information on individual product warranties, see the warranty card included with the product or the warranty information section on our website.
What is the proper way to clean my motorcycle cover?
Proper maintenance of fabric is important to help maximize the life of your product. Routine care is quite simple and certain procedures are recommended:
1. Keep dirt, leaves and other debris from accumulating on the fabric surface.
2. Washing down with a garden hose on a bright, sunny day is recommended.
3. To remove dirt from either side of the material, use a soft brush and mild soap (such as Ivory). DO NOT use bleach.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clear water and let dry completely before storing or rolling.
5. Do not steam or pressure wash.
6. Do not launder.
How can I prevent mold and mildew on my motorcycle cover?
Most of our fabrics contain antimicrobial agents that are compounded in the polymer system of a particular product. Benefits would include: resistance of product deterioration caused by bacteria and fungi; inhibiting the growth of odor-causing bacteria, fungi, molds and mildew. Please keep in mind that even with an antimicrobial agent within the fabric, it is extremely important that you keep the product dry and clean it periodically to keep it free of dirt or debris.
What the heck is ClimaShield® Plus with Color-Lok®?
Dowco's exclusive ClimaShield® Plus fabric is woven with Dowco's Color-Lok® yarn to provide superior fade resistance and polyester yarn increases the products longevity and durability. Inclusion of anit-microbial coatings make this fabric resistant to the growth of mildew.

Since BikeCondoms only come in one size, how will I know it will fit my motorcycle?
The BikeCondom is designed to fit all motorcycles, but the fit will vary depending on the size of and fairings on your motorcycle. Regardless, the shape will adjust to cover the most important parts of your motorcycle and lessen the exposure of your bike’s critical components.
What is your refund policy?
If not satisfied, a full refund will be given only if merchandise is returned in original packaging within 14 days.

BikeCondoms, Inc. is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities.
